    The Captain's Shoes. These shoes have been worn by every swim team captain at Navy since 1996. Today I got to watch my brother wear these shoes while his team competed, victoriously, against Yale. I am so proud of him.

    Today Enzo spent his first day at Doggy Day Camp. He played hard all day, made lots of new friends, had a bath and is now completely passed out. I think clean, tired puppies are the best kind of puppies after a long day of classes.

    Crime Scene Photography. On my way into the house today I discovered a body amongst the leaves in our gutter. There was something particularly sad about this poor, abandoned Barbie doll.

    Our Naked Christmas Tree... I can't believe Christmas is over, it is already 2011 and my classes start up again in less than a week!
