Woo!! New picture up! After...a week and a half? I believe... Well, this is me in my mess of a room wearing the shirt that I got from a Peruvian girl named Claudia. Interesting story, my cousin housed a Peruvian foreign exchange students for a year, and during that year they bought her a new "American" wardrobe, as is customary for host families of foreign students. Well, when Claudia returned to Peru, she left a large majority of her clothes at my cousins house, so of course, being the...economically friendly...people my relations and I are, we raided her closet. Unfortunately, she was a small girl, and I was the only one who could fit into anything of hers, and being as I am male, this didn't solve any issues. So I got this shirt and the rest of the clothes went to Goodwill. She never called back for anything, and it's been about 4 years. Onto another subject, yes, I do have a blanket wrapped around my bottom half. I'm currently wearing shorts that I would only ever wear in my bedroom. And I didn't feel like putting on appropriate jammy pants for a picture, so this is what I have. And now to do a bit of homework before bed, I just need friendly cooperation...
Take me, add a dash of boredom, a touch of sleep deprivation, and Willy Wonka rehearsal, and this is what happens. Tonight was the first rehearsal for Willy Wonka here, and I'm uber excited! I'm Augustus Gloop! ...Yeah...that's right...6'2", 142 pound me is playing the overfed German boy. But I've been assured by several of the more motherly beings in the cast that they will plumpen me up for the role...and you know what that means. Cookies! Cause all theatre people love cookies. But with my luck it will probably actually be fried eggs und bacon, tomahtoes und mushrooms, und sveet rolls, und buns by ze ream. And that is it. Haha. Time to write some music now...
My youngest brother/monster took this picture as I was walking in the door. I was just coming home from my scene rehearsal for my theatre class, and I was looking at an interesting little dog tag that I had found on the ground. It had the jolly roger on it, which made my soul gleeful. And yes, I do wear the cow pants out into public on a regular basis. The cow pants make me proud, because I made them in 6th grade home economics class, and they're still alive and functional :) And that is all for now, good day to all :)
Not a good picture...but this one turned out the best of the several tries...so it's going up. This is me at the opera (It was the Barber of Seville, and it was GREAT!!!!) And this is about as dressed up as I ever get, but hey, I'm from Montana, so cut me some slack. Haha, I'm just kidding by the way, I would not want to send out the idea that all Montanans are uncultured hicks. Just a vast majority. And the reason I don't dress up more often is not because I don't like to so much as I don't have the money to get anything really nice. Goodwill is a wonder in situations like an opera that you got tickets for the day before! But, yeah, if any of you are feeling the opera vibe, The Barber of Seville is a good one. Ok, g'night now :)
Got home from hiking, and found this interesting little potatoe that someone had just left lying by the school... So, of course, I decided to take a picture of it... I still to this moment do not know why... Probably just because it made me smile.
Haha. This is a spunky little kitten that I found while hiking. It's a cute little thing, but someone had just left it in a sack and abandoned it at the campgrounds near where I live. So a fellow nerdy friend and I took the kitten to a family who takes in strays. The little girl put up a good fight, though...I have scratches all up and down my arms...
