Say hello to my old dolphin T-shirt.

    Keywords : weather, work; mystery.

‘There was a burst of rain earlier but it is still boiling; normally this would be problematic, however I am enjoying the freedom of being able to step out of the house when I want to. It is also satisfying to get lots of washing done. Who knew?’

^ That is what I wrote last night before falling asleep out of exhaustion. It has been getting busier again, with yesterday reminding me of why I need to look elsewhere. *Yawn* Between work and the heat I am experiencing my annual “knocked out Oddball” syndrome early.

Random thought : I am not one for drawn out mysteries, the concept of ‘Sherlock Holmes’ has never been enticing to me, but then I can be quite straight-forward by nature. Most people that I come across like that sort of thing, (or at least pretend to), revelling in theories and sometimes humorous wish-fulfilling guesses.

Weather of the day : dark clouds, warm, damp, light breeze; 12°C.

Question of the day : If you realized that someone within your group of friends was a killer, how would you work out which one it was?

The weather is threatening to turn.

    Keywords : unfocused, washing; anime.

It would be nice not to be so flighty, if I could actually concentrate on my own projects then I would be a force to be reckoned with. As it stands my lack of achievements is ridiculously low… Today I came back home to find out our Virgin Media account no., only to forget until now, check my e-mails… only to forget until now… Perhaps poor memory plays a part too.

I left my washing out from 8:30am-9:30pm but it was still wet, it makes little sense considering the weather. O.o Attempting to work out the draw of ‘Hetalia’ is equally as confusing, why do people enjoy such poorly created stereotypes?

I now get up before 6am, getting up early is cool. *Attaches fez*

Keywords : computer, madness, outside, money; Pokémon.

    The computer bit :
It appears that my computer has a case of temperamentalitis, again refusing to open my browser properly; all that I want is a reliable browser… plus tons of money… crazy martial arts skills… and a pet dragon. ;p Whilst spending hours attempting to force pages to refresh into existence, (hardly ever working), I ended up writing up a vlog and even beginning to record it, (for private storage later, without the light of day). The things done in the grip of heat-induced madness, ha, ha.

    The family bit :
My brother, father and I spent a few hours out on Sunday playing pool, and visiting a few shops, just to be doing something in such lovely weather. Now if we could guarantee weather like this for a week none of us would have a problem with staying in England for a holiday. Whilst my mini-project was a video, my father’s has been re-painting a rickety, wheeled table and using tile blocks to create a new top surface. We can be a creative family, just not in a good way. ;p

    The spending bit :
I found a site that sells anime-related items, racking up a wish-list totalling nearly £100 – now to get hold of a debit card. Considering that yesterday I was told that my grandfather was giving all of his grandchildren £500 at some point, I may actually be able to do this with minimal guilt over my building society balance.

    The Pokémon bit :
My list of missing TMs has drastically reduced, with twenty-two left out of the ninety-four obtainable ones, (Snarl is event-only). Since I have not gotten HM05 yet my get-around was to catch myself a Goldeen with the move. *Sneaky*

    Word of the day : Glossolalia - http://bit.ly/aGghZI .
Weather of the day : sunny, very warm, dry, mild breeze; 11°C.

Question of the day : Is there anything that you would like to be considered ‘cool’ by popular society? Anything that you would want to stop being liked?

Playing Pokémon in the sunlight, how better to spend a day? ^.^

    Keywords : weather, motivated; Eurovision.

Despite the overwhelming heat this has been a good Saturday, the Spring/Summer weather has continued to lift my mood and motivated me to get things done. When not sweltering on my bed. ;p From a pre-6am start I have gotten on with the washing, listened to my mother’s problems, cleaned, raced through my Pokémon to-do list, researched links early, converted recordingd and of course, indulged my mean side with a commentary on the Eurovision Song Contest, ha, ha. There are probably other things that I have forgotten, it was surprising to find myself multi-tasking…

If you care, (no-one really does about this thing), I cast my vote for Sweden. It cost me £1 since my land-line has gone down. A whole pound. *Shakes head* Such a big spender. ;p Romania’s simple and yet energy filled energy was a contender, as was Spain’s elegant singing, but the killer movements from Sweden won out. When I say killer movements, I mean that Loreen looking like she was sharpening her banshee talons on imaginary victims. My sort of style. ^.^ Plus she could sing. The rest of the U.K. agreed with me, giving them the 12 points. I was less impressed with giving Jedward 10 points. ¬.¬

Definitely more of a clean up after others kind of person but my shortening fuse means that I am more likely to make others pick up their own messes now. Therefore I understand your pleasure in relaxing on a Saturday night.

Eurovision brings out the Twitter b@tch in me, it makes me feel bad about myself. ...Well, almost. ;p

    Space Raiders! :D

    Keywords : backache, busy; religion.

It has been a draining few days where I have wanted to just walk out of my office and walk in the grass. Last night my back was hurting so much that I had to force myself into premature sleep to avoid the pain, then could not get up. :/ Friday brings around my usual distressing routine and left over carrot cake from those that she took into work. ^.^ I said goodbye to someone at work, have been continuing with a difficult collation of records without help and my mother’s team is being split up, so it feels as if everything is becoming an inevitable mess. Hence why Playing and planning around Pokémon is a worthwhile method of winding down. That and turning on my fan, ha, ha.

Yesterday a rather religious colleague was talking about the church that he and his community are establishing. His hopes for it are altruistic, helping financially, emotionally and morally support those facing various hardships. I agreed with the general principle of re-establishing a sense of community and a need to direct young people’s energies into helpful routes, but the pervasive opinion that only churches can provide a positive social framework had me biting my tongue. At several points I felt as if the colleague was attempting to convert me, I could see the fervent shine in their eyes… Uncomfortable.

Everyone knows that I worship only The Heathen Moon and the Pokémon Mew. ;p

Mine would have been the Snappy Tomato Balls – I would still kill for some now!

    A long one today.

    Keywords : yesterday, productive; interests.

Before continuing, as an English person I must comment on what invigorating weather we are experiencing, the change has positively impacted on everyone that I know. ^.^

Loading would not work properly yesterday, I even changed browsers, (which has not necessarily been at all helpful). Posting the expected booth the next day is too much like double-boothing, I am only going to do that if I have it completed now, (including photograph). On Monday I was in quite the productive mood, blitzing tasks in a flurry of motivation and “grr, argh”. It was refreshing, ha, ha.
    - Put out the rubbish.
    - Expended a lot of time and effort on work projects.
    - Caught up on the Pokémon Dream World (for one of my two
    games).
    - Listen to the sounds of Spring and the sweet little boy next-
    door.
    - Walked to the shop on my mother's behest and I could do it
in just a T-shirt - that felt lovely.
Today I went to the shop again, dressed as above and feeling less like a scruff-bag. ;p

It is humbling to find out just how much radiation we are exposed to without putting ourselves in harm’s way; reading ‘Gale Force’ the author mentioned some statistics for radiation at the start of Chapter Twelve’ prompted me to go researching:
‘The average American gets about three hundred fifty millirems a year, just from the environment. Hey, want to know the weird part? Forty millirems of that comes out of our own bodies. We’re little fusion reactors, you know. Potassium-40 in the brain, Carbon-14 in the liver.’

The problem is finding statistics that support each other, as proportions attributable to natural and human-made sources vary greatly. I found it more enlightening to look up individual items and then build up a rough idea in my head, (the third/fourth radiation links).

Ever since N.A.S.A. closed down its space-flight capabilities the search has been on for an alternative into space; apart from the private sector, other governments appear to be vewing this as an opportunity to take the lead in space. It may be interesting to watch what Russia and Japan come up over the next few years in their endeavours to colonize the Moon - http://cnet.co/JDm7B5 . Someone successfully produce a terra-formed, habitable dome on Mars… :D

About

I am bored and childlike. I also talk to myself. There is not much more to say, although you should expect a few long blurbs once in a while.#Not mine - For Pokémon:http://www.psypokes.com/ or http://pkmn.net/. Silly regrets : 2. I do not appreciate people randomly trying to hock their links/videos/pictures on my booth. Please use you own booths for that. I have a strong allergy to 'follow4follow', causing irritation, naming and shaming, and blocking as the main symptoms.
