Mostly anything by Stephen King, the Tolkein stuff I can make myself sit through, sci-fi/fantasy basically. Have also been known to enjoy young adult-aimed stuff like Laurie Halse Anderson's books and Garth Nix's stuff. I like the Jake Strait books, too, but I forget who those are by.
