So, I am FINALLY moving into my apartment after all of this time. It is a cozy studio apartment in Pikeville, KY about a good half mile down the street from the tattoo shop. I'm honestly very happy and excited to have my own place, but at the same time, I am kinda sad. My mother is moving away, a good 300+ miles away to be exact, and it kinda sucks that I won't get to see her as often as I would like anymore. I'm still dwelling on it every day and feeling awful for how it seems like it is going to go. :(

In other, more positive news, I stretched my ears up to 1 1/4" and my tattooing skills have been improving little by little. Here is hoping they keep heading up higher on that ladder.

I think i'm gonna finish the night out by watching Cemetery Man. I have a lot on my mind. Escaping into a movie may not be the best thing to do, but damn if it dosen't sound nice right now.

It's been a while, Dailybooth. Quite a long while to be exact. This is a bit of a rushed update, so i'm gonna make it short and sweet.

May be moving into a new apartment (finally)! I played some awesome out of town shows and re-ignited my passion for playing music once again. My tattoo art has been improving with plenty of practice thanks to my friend Andrew Wireman. In general, things are bad and good. Just taking it all in stride.

Hopefully I can find time to type out a nice little detailed update the next time I get the chance. Until than Dailyboothers, happy trails!

Happy Easter, fellow Dailyboothers! :3

Today has been an allright day. Some stuff could have went a lot better than it did, but I am not complaining too bad. Easter dinner was awesome, and so was seeing my grandma for the first time in three years. Unsuprisingly, she was pretty shocked by my appearance. Much like a loving grandmother should though, she was respectful about it.

My parents just aren't so respectful when it comes to it. Wokring in a tattoo shop and "degrading" myself just dosen't seem to be in their plans they had for me. It really sucks to see someone you care about not accept you for who you are. It's awful.

I'm gonna go watch either Hot Tub Time Machine or Clash of The Titans tonight. No idea which one yet, but I would prefer to see Clash of The Titans. I'm in an awful modd today and just need something to make it better.

Well, today is April Fool's Day. That pretty much means that I am going to be the butt of every joke at the tattoo shop today. It's no different than any other day really, but at least today they have an excuse for it. The life of a tattoo apprentice is never easy.

I just got out of the shower a few minutes ago, and I have been finding a lot of my old shirts like crazy lately. I found my Suicidal Tendencies shirt yesterday and this morning my old, corny ass Dragonforce shirt. I honestly don't even like Dragonforce, but I gotta have something hipsterly ironic. Hey, at least I admit it.

My car is pretty much out of gas, I have no cash until this weekend, and my mother isn't here to lend me any money. I feel like a fucking child who can't depend on himself sometimes. It looks like i'm going to be late for work. :(

So, today started off and stayed pretty awful. I ended up wrecking my car head-on into a mountain this morning so I could avoid being completely run over and killed by a semi-truck carrying a metic fuckton of coal. Suprisingly enough though, out of all of the damage the car suffered to the front end, it seems to be pretty well driveable.

I say "seems to be" because it may very well tear up on me at any point this week. It sucks a lot and I now have to break down and get a new car, but I should count my blessings I suppose. I could be dead.

The shop was pretty dead all day, so I ended up doing fellow apprentice Shane's homework for him for a bit of cash. Nice side hustle, don't you think? Afterward I left and came home. I re-dyed my hair black again as well.

Today is a gigantic lazy Sunday. It's rainy, it's gloomy, it just sucks. I'm incredibly tired because we played a show last night in Summersville, WV. It was honestly nothing but a huge pile of drama and fights, but at the same time, it was very fun. Kids need to understand that you are going to get hit when you go to shows and stand near the pit. It is one of the dangers that comes with the territory.

I was thinking of going to Covington, KY today to see Calabrese play at The Mad Hatter. Sad thing is though, I lost the $50 I had on me and I only have $20 now. It sucks because I am completely out as far as it goes now. I also have inconvinienced my friend and fellow tattoo shop employee Jenn, because she wanted to go with me. Oh well, I suppose. There will be other times.

I'm gonna end the update for today. It's super boring and lately I have barely had the drive to do much of anything other than work and play music. The daily grind. At least my homies in Beneath The Sky are coming to visit next weekend. Solid.

Hello tonight, Dailybooth. The day has been a weird one for sure. It has been pouring rain like crazy all day, and honestly, I stay more depressed than usual on rainy, horrible days.

I am thinking of getting my knuckles tattooed in the next few days, but I honestly can't think of anything that I want on them. What a conundrum. Learning to tattoo is a stressful procedure, you had best bet. I also need to download "The Book of Eli" for my boss, Chris. I highly doubt he will stop pestering me for it until I get it for him. haha.

On an off note, sometimes I forget that I look kind of like a butch girl when my hair is down. Fail.
