If only studying worked that way. I have a Biology exam on Monday and a Math Quiz on Tuesday. On top of that I have homework due this weekend for both classes respectively. I'm nursing a cold that I got from my grandfather (who I live with).
Here is a little lesson in the BIOLOGY OF LEARNING to make your future study sessions easier.
1) Always eat before a test. The brain needs the sugar in carbohydrates. If you can't or won't starch it up, go for the sugar. Its important.
2)Memories are made from proteins. So when studying, eat foods that are rich in proteins.
3) Brain chemistry depends on B6 and B12 vitamins.
I took my mom on some errands, did my laundry, made some butter beer cupcakes, then made chili for my mom and I, a meal that I am currently washing down with some cream soda.
