I've been playing around with that Digital SLR my brother @TheMightyJoosh lent me today! =]
I've been trying to do what I call (because I don't know the actual name) 'mid-air photography'. Basically, it involves me throwing the camera in the air so that it takes the picture mid-flight. I've seen it being done before and the effect looks amazing so I figured I'd give it a go.
This was the only half decent shot I got from it all and even this one isn't brilliant. It's just too difficult!
Anyone else heard of this mid-air type photography? Show me your attempts if you have! =D
My brother @TheMightyJoosh has lent me his Digital SRL for the week!
Fanks Joosh! Unfortunately, it's charging right now (hence why the quality of the picture isn't brilliant) but I've played around with it before and it is amazing!
Aaaannnnddd, apparently I get to have it when he upgrades some when soon! As I said on twitter, EPIC WIN! ^__^
You can blame my Biology coursework for my disappearance.
I spent a good few hours yesterday evening working on my Data Analysis only to be given another week to complete it. It's not as annoying as you might think though because I'd left out two sections - one because I forgot and the other because I didn't think we had to do it. :/
These are my very complicated plans for my Booth catch-up.
Basically, I've worked out that if I DoubleBooth each day I should be able to get things back to normal within 5 days (today included). That is, assuming I don't miss any more days. Yea...
Yea, sorry about my disappearance - I've been tied up with school and editing #VEDA videos. But I am back now and I do plan to catch up on the four... no wait, that should be five Booths I've missed.
I'll just do a tonne of DoubleBooths for a while...
As April 17th's #VEDA will tell you, I was in the middle of watching Doctor Who when it broke free. I bit down too hard/in the wrong place which wiped it off totally.
Hopefully, I'm going to be getting it fixed either tomorrow or Tuesday. I'll see if they'll let me record the 'operation' for y'all. =]
