A little bit of rain didn't stop us at this mornings F.A.S.T. Triathlon! It was a fantastic event!!! Finished nine minutes faster than my time last year!!!
Had a great run this morning at the inaugural Run 4 Everett! I placed 2nd in my age group, 21st overall out of 105 finishers!!! I was only 20 seconds off setting an all time PR for my best 5k time, which has been standing since 2008 Im going to get that beat this year!!!
