My first ever Super Bowl. This is also my first-ever booth from New Jersey. It's a night of firsts.

This past week has been one of the worst of my adult life, and I'm glad to be rid of it.

Television
Most of what's on television these days is complete dogshit. However, if you sift through the manure pile, you'll find a couple of gold nuggets - those being: Chuck, Doctor Who, True Blood, Dexter, hopefully Walking Dead, South Park, the Daily Show, the Colbert Report, Family Guy, American Dad, Robot Chicken, Venture Brothers, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and just about any weekly show that HBO or Showtime runs., As far as all-time television favorites go, the list is a tad longer: Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, Twilight Zone, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Wonderfalls, Titus, Freaks and Geeks, Freakylinks, The Tick, Space Ghost: Coast to Coast, LOST, Quantum Leap, the Adventures of Brisco County Jr., Transformers, Thundercats, Carnivale, Dead Like Me, Six Feet Under, Kids in the Hall, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Sealab 2021, Turkey Television, Liquid Television, Tim & Eric's Awesome Show (Great Job!), Idiot Box, Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, Dangermouse, Duckula...I could go on all day.
Books
Lord of the Rings, Wheel of Time, Game of Thrones, Sword of Truth, Dark Tower Series, Chronicles of Amber Series, Deathgate Cycle, anything by Neil Gaiman, Stephen King, Chuck Palahniuk, Kurt Vonnegut, Clive Barker, Ray Bradbury, Orson Scott Card, Douglas Adams, Garth Ennis, Robert Kirkman, Roger Zelazny, Margaret Atwood, most Star Wars books, biographies, books on astronomy, books on paleontology, urban fantasy books by comedians. I also like reading novelizations of movies, preferably before the film's release.
