Sitting around at half past midnight I really should be in bed. Instead I'm finding all means of possible procrastination, so this is for you dailybooth, because I'm bored and it's been far too long for us.
-In other news, I'm throwing a little halloween party next week- a few days actually, my costume is just coming together. JUST; I am so very unorganised.... looking forward to it though, there are some wonderful people attending :)
Well well well Dailybooth, it's been a long time. For that, I am eternally sorry. Sadly, I probably won't change my ways; Tumblr has kind of stolen me.
In other, equally unimportant news, I bought this shirt today from a charity shop, I swear the percentage of second hand clothes in my wardrobe gets bigger everyday; there are just some lovely finds in those quirky little shops. :)
I have been learning Mandarin at school, for a language conference, if I pass I'll get 5 UCAS points - 3 if I fail. It is a chronic waste of my time, you can learn nothing of substance in 3 short days.
However, today, we did learn how to pick up jelly beans with chopsticks, which was both entertaining and tasty :)
Also picked up another 7 or 8 Uni prospectuses, this is getting ridiculous; what am I to do with my life!! Isn't the future scary?
A Clockwork Orange
Kill Bill
Pulp Fiction
Anchorman
I thoroughly enjoyed every last one, I was more than a little confused by Pulp Fiction. Laughed myself half to death during Anchorman. Felt strange compassion for the main protagonist in A Clockwork Orange and Kill Bill, well I refuse to comment until I see Kill Bill 2, as it was like hearing half a story!
My forehead is out today, which is unusual, but I simply could not be bothered to faff around with the nest that is my hair today :) So i quiffed that right up :)
And so to watch either:
-Chicago
-A Clockwork Orange.
Very different films I know, but I'm kinda in the mood for both, but I don't have time to watch two! WHAT TO WATCH???? :)
I read this a while ago, I love it as much as I love the film; which is a lot :)
I plan to read Palahniuk's entire back catalogue of literature, I love his stories, his style. I wish I could write like that.
What a few days I have had. In both the best and the worst of ways.
Scared Booth.
Psychology exam Thursday, which I am destined to fail. I am doing my best to revise, but we have a ridiculous amount to learn, a total of 50 essays might come up, but less than 10 will. This makes me unhappy, we learn so much, but use so little!
