    When I tell people I'm in a fraternity, they immediately think the same things- that all I do is party and pay for friends. What they don't and probably will never understand is there's much more to it than that. It is a lifelong bond. A brotherhood. A network. A promise that there will always be someone to catch me when I fall. The one thing that I know, no matter how long I live or wherever life takes me, that I will honorably take to my grave. The loyalty I've shown has come back full circle and I could not be more proud to wear these letters on my chest. It just isn't a college thing. It's a way of life.

    When I graduate, I want to be seen for who I am. Not for what I want to be or what the world wants me to be. Here we go, I'm not straight. I'm not gay either. Not even bi. I never "came out" because I didn't want to say I was something and then have to come out as something else again. I am nothing, everything, and a little of each. Confused yet? Try being me. I am a lost 20-year-old, but I’m okay with that. I have the rest of my life to figure myself out; I’m not going to rush myself. I’m going to take my time and enjoy as much of it as I can. At the end of the day, I am the same person.
