This is the face of an hour of sleep. That face is already wearing makeup, so this is as good as it's gonna get. I get to drive far and look for parking now, and then walk up a long hill. It could might as well be Mt. Everest for all the energy I've got for it.
Not snowing as much today (or at all), and.. That makes me insanely happy. Love snow, love not having to wade through it even more.
Then, this afternoon, I'm tutoring my step brother in math and science. Geez, what happened? Those were my two _worst_ subjects in school, and yet here I am.. Says something about the adults in his family that they're roping me in, mhm.
Twisted my ankle two weeks ago, and it's starting to hurt. Slowest response time ever. EVER. Am keeping it taped up because it twists itself by walking normally now.
Also, I can't find a black bag like the one I want. It's a shame. I know exactly what I want, I'm just not sure anyone's made it quite yet.

I saw "Girl with the dragon tattoo" today, and... Didn't like it much. The Swedish version was better, not to mention more accurate. Daniel Craig is as handsome as ever, though, so that makes up for it. A little.

I has a pet! His name is Professor Snape. He lives with a unicorn and a very hungry fish (named Uncle Fish). He doesn't like posing, but after a few tries I got a shot that wasn't his backside swimming away.
It's actually rather nice, he's in the kitchen (as the kitchen is the only place his pump/light/heating remains on when I turn off the light in the flat at night, my flat is weird), so he keeps me company when I cook. ^_^ Curious (hungry) little guy, that one.
I wanted a cat, but it turns out I'm still highly allergic. Sigh.

I went to the winter sales thing today. HORRIBLE, but wonderful. Horrible because OH MY GOD PEOPLE, and wonderful because cheap! Ah, I do love a good bargain.
I've discovered there is a definite difference between people, and it's based on what you wear when you're at home.
As in; Do you throw off whatever you're wearing and immediately jump into something more comfortable when you come home, or do you stick to whatever proper clothes you've been wearing out (supposing you wear "proper" things at all, that is)?
The others in my house all wear their "outside" clothes all day. My sister will even keep her coat on, whereas I will strip off everything not resembling a) PJ's or b) sweats the moment I come home.
I've been a bad boother, even if I've never counted the "daily" in dailybooth as a vital part of the site or what I'm doing here, but I'm here now because I thought I should at least say that I hope you guys have a very pleasant, peaceful and lovely Christmas eve, and if you don't celebrate, I hope your Saturday is awesome. :)
I'm now going to celebrate with my sister and father. It's just the three of us, but three is more than one, especially when those three all get into it with the enthusiasm of three four year olds.

I'm doing double course work the next year and a half. I'm writing this in the hopes that someone will search down my house and dig me out from under the piles of books that will undoubtedly bury me.
