I used to be really uncomfortable with my appearance. One day a friend sent me a text message. I still have it saved, and i'll never get rid of it. It said:
"Hey you. Yes, you. Stop being unhappy with yourself. You are PERFECT. Stop wishing you looked like someone else or wishing people liked you as much as they liked someone else. Stop trying to get attention from those who hurt you. Stop hating your body, your face, your personality, your quirks...LOVE them. Without those, you wouldn't be you. And why would you want to be anyone else? Be confident with who you are. Smile. It'll draw people in. If anyone hates you because you're happy with yourself, then stick your middle finger in the air and say "SCREW IT. My happiness will not depend on others anymore. I'm happy because I love you I am. I love my flaws. I love my imperfections. They make me....me. And "me" is pretty amazing.'"

I don't think she knows how much she helped me. She saved me from myself. I look at this whenever i'm feeling down or confused.
I'd like to share this with you guys, in case you ever find (or have found) yourself in the place I once was.. :)

Oh, and this picture is from camping, with the most important guy in my life besides God and Daddy. :) <3

Have to get up early tomorrow to do some more Divers Ed. CAN I JUST TAKE THE SOME TESTS AND GET A LICENSE?
I don't wanna take freaking Drivers Education and Training,
take a damn test,
get a permit,
wait 6 months,
get a license,
and then wait a year to actually legally drive people.
Sometimes California sucks.
But Yaaaaay. I can't even sleep. Entertain me?

This is for all the girls that post pictures of slutty, skinny ass bitches. Do you know who this picture is of? That’s Marilyn Monroe. They’ve considered her the most beautiful woman in the world. She’s gorgeous, and beautiful, right? But look at her stomach. Is it completely flat? Does she not have love handles, or immaculate long skinny legs? No, she doesn’t. And want to know something else? Her pant size was a 9. She wasn’t a fucking 00 or 1. She had CURVES. She was healthy. You all worry about your pant size and your weight when, in reality, who really cares? Why not live your life and be happy instead of counting calories in your head and obsessing over everything that enters your body? Instead of struggling to “be skinny”? You think losing weight is going to automatically make you feel better? It won’t. No magical fairy is going come flying out of fucking nowhere declaring “You’re officially hot! Boys LOVE you now! You can be accepted by society!” No. That’s utter bull shit. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. It’s society that’s fucked up. LOVE yourself, because if you can’t… you can’t love anybody or anything else. Be free, and be happy. FUCK what the media says. You want that double cheeseburger with extra bacon? GO FOR IT. Until your weight starts to affect your health, you’re perfectly fine to eat what you please.
