This week I'm going to cut out something pretty drastic.
CHOCOLATE.
This means no hot chocolate before bed.
No chocolate with my tea while homeworking.
Starting tomorrow there is just a big chocolate BAN on me this week, because I know its pretty sugary and unhealthy and I just want to see if I can survive without it!
I didn't do as much skipping as I'd hoped, had other things on my mind.
But I want to carry it on because although its tiring, it did make me feel kinda refreshed! And I feel like if I keep doing it I'll be able to do it for longer amounts of time.
1. Are you doing anything for your mummy today or have you labeled mothers day as "consumerist BS"?
2. Have you done anything recently to be more healthy, and do you think you could last a week without chocolate?
