Now its getting sunnier, I've been looking ahead to the summer.
I'm so looking forward to going to the beach and camping and all sorts!
Thing is, I'd love to just put on a strap top and shorts in the summer and not worry about my legs or belly. Okay so this is sounding a bit like "that old story", but I don't think I'm fat, I'm just not brilliantly healthy. I get ill a fair bit and I don't do any exercise. Anyhow. Being your average teenage girl I'm a little bit paranoid and self conscious!
I'm not complaining about my body, we all have things that we'd change, I'm not sad or depressed but I just think, y'know, it would be better for me if I was healthier. So as of today I'm gonna do #GetSexySunday and I'll update you on what I've done differently that week to be more fit and healthy.
As of tomorrow I'm going to be skipping once a day, cause its pretty good for you, (does anyone know how long it should be for to make it worth while?) and seeing if it makes me feel better/worse/healthier/more energised/more tired.
