Doesn't your country have tough anti Discrimination laws? since not allowing someone in a job on the basis of what they choose to have on your body would be classed as discrimination (unless for hygiene reasons if you are in the food service industry)
Isn't it easy enough to cover with makeup? then when you start working don't bother and then if the boss tries to fire you because of that (you do what you Americans love doing) sue them =)
