The key in my mind in actually being happy is finding yourself.
It's a broad statement, it can't really be explained, but everyone creates their personal output to the world from the ideas and thoughts that they maintain, both consciously and sub-consciously.

I know for a fact that my past has created who I am today it has molded the way that I handle situations and it has also caused a world of problems for me and my relationships for other people.

Here's some true statements.
I am a hell of a liar when I want to be, and the worst thing about that is, I used to want to be all the time.
I am afraid of answering my phone, or putting my phone down in a place that I don't know because I've had so many past experiences of people calling me and threatening me, or reading through my phone and seeing things they don't like altering the state of the day ahead of me.
I get positive opinions on the way that I look, but I can never seem to find my niche in style, fashion, and body. I always want to look better, but I never seem to find the way to do so.
I absolutely love singing in my car, but for some reason I see other people doing it and I think to myself about how stupid they look.
I am confident that all my hard work in music will someday pay off, but every other day I become my own worst skeptic and become a pessimist believing that we never are going to make it, or the music isn't good enough to attract attention. Luckily, there are optimistic days.
There is nothing that I love more than meeting a new person and seriously focusing on getting to know them.

Sometimes I think that I might be too much to handle for anyone on this earth.
I need to find someone, or learn about someone I already know and find an equally fucked up, complex, attention driven, self-motivated, independent, love drunk personality similar to that of the one I carry.

Or maybe I need the exact opposite.
Any ideas?

One of my favorite shows of all time.
It is a truly amazing feeling when you are singing your heart out to the lyrics that you've written and there are people in front of you that are listening, enjoying and singing right back at you.
I would pay to be able to do that. It's a blessing every time.
What are some of the things that you encounter in your day to day lives that you never take advantage of? What are the things that you appreciate on a daily basis?
I know that if i died today I could proudly say that I have kept in great touch with my family. My mother, father, siblings and grandparents are all close to me and I feel like I keep them up to date with my day to day life.
I mean, look at my cousin. He's family, and he's in my band. Talk about unity. ha
Well, our music is coming along well and we will be in the studio within the next month recording our long overdue, but well written and produced album.
Make sure that you listen the hell out of our old songs before it comes out because I have a feeling its going to make you forget about them.

I've come to find that attraction is a ridiculous bodily mechanism.
I am attracted to the oddest and most unpredictable things.
Seriously, I am pretty sure that my "dream woman" could never exist because of the complex conundrums and hypocrisy that exists in my mind.
For example, I sit here on dailybooth and watch pictures of people go by and think to myself, her hair is amazing.. I love how skinny she is.. I'm glad she rocks the bigger, curved out look, I like the complex look, the hipster look, the crazy girls, this race, that race, this age, that age. My mind races.
Obviously, it is nothing that I capitalize on. I'm not some internet creep attempting to accumulate girls in every state and country.
Rather, I'm just modest enough to admit where my mind is at while I'm aimlessly staring at #livefeed.
What attracts you to people's pictures?
Personally, I love the new and gaining trend of girls with completely abstract and vibrant hair.
My favorites are as follows...
1. Long Pink
2. Short Pink
2. Blue
3. Purple
4. Orange + Red
5. Black + Pink
6. Green
7. White as white gets (AKA Platinum Blonde)
Keep dying your hair. :)
Also, I am much more interested in commenting on a person's photograph if the camera is not blatantly pointed and focusing on a bodily asset as so many of you seem to be doing these days. Please, ladies show off what you have to, but at least show your face in the picture.
You wonder why you get comments like.. "Hey nice boobs" or "OMG SEX"
The modest ones are always more intriguing anyway.

It's just a fact.
We spend too much time running away from pain. It defies the quality of many lives, and it makes us fail to be able to reach the potential that we know we have. We're afraid of people, places, situations, progress. It defines humanity. I feel like if I only I was able to face my fears and truly overcome them that I would be able to completely embrace the life before me. I would be able to be more honest, able to open my eyes to culture, to new ideas. So why is it that I, and we can't overcome it? Why is it so damn difficult to see the bigger picture that is the entirety of the world we're living in? I refuse to believe it is merely selfishness, or fear at that. Rather, I think that we are trapped in an eternal conflict that can not be mended. We are unable to correct it because we have accepted our personal thoughts and values that immediately conflict a rival belief.
Think about it like a sports team, or a celebrity. You decide to go to a college, you are automatically the enemy of the rival school. Am I wrong? The same rule applies to the "teams" of life. The simple brands like the places you go to feel safe, the music you listen to, the clothing you wear etc. The complex brands such as politics, ethics and religion. Each of these has an existing rival before you even determine (or have it determined for you) that you will accept this lifestyle. Vegan v. Common Diet Christian v. Judaism v. Muslim, Straight Edge v. Party Kids, Hipsters v. Main Stream Music Lovers. You get my point? You find it everywhere.
I believe that the only way that this will ever be hindered or altered rests in one word. Tolerance.
Refuse to ruin someone elses life simply because you don't believe in who they are or what they stand for.
As generic as it sounds, my life would be in a much better predicament if people chose not to care about who I was and open their mind.
Believe in change, and focus on yourself and the way that you are acting and progressing before determining that of others. The day you bite that bullet and flip your vision is the day your world will change.
I wish I could have understood this at a younger age. I've lost too much due to my tardy mind.

Talking to someone that you've erased from your life might mean more to them than you could ever understand. Maybe you should consider it.

I'm up late, I'm thinking.
I want to go on and on, meet new people, experience new things.
I want to work, I want to play, I want to think, I want to rest.
I don't know where I'm going with this.
It's just so crazy when you stop to think about how many different options you have as a human being. How many different paths you can choose to take.
Think about how many decisions you make on a day to day basis.
Think about the radical and unexpected things you could do each and every day that you never choose to do.
I want to start doing some of those things.
I want to wake up, stay up, deconstruct, detox and start over new.
Maybe keep my eyes open for a few years, meet humans and fall in love with the game of being one myself.
I want to make friends, and amend enemies.
I want to grow old, but not up.
I want to see someone look at me with trust again, I want to do the same to someone else.
Realistically, when you think about the life one is given, the time we have and the way we use it, there is far too much waste, too much routine.
I want to find myself out at 3:00 AM wrapped in conversation with a work day looming in the morning. I want to feel that acceptance when you're sitting around with a group of friends and you realize that everyone in front of you honestly cares about who you are and what you feel. I want to have that unexplained and uncontrollable feeling you get when you meet someone new and nothing else matters but figuring out who they are.

Yes, I'm desire filled, but I still have hope.

How are you tonight?

I've been spending the last few hours basking in the Game 1 victory of my Miami Heat, and wondering why after all these years, I can still listen to Avril Lavigne's albums over and over again.

So yeah, tonights one of those nights where I can pretty much taste the summer coming on and I am getting extremely anxious hoping that I might actually make something of it.
I want to meet new people, see new places, all the normal things.
But really, I just want it to be one of those life changing summers.
I'm sure you've all had them? The one's where you literally become a new person because of something or someone that you find.
Last summer was so boring, and I will be so unhappy if I let that happen again.
I am in the mood for one of those late night diner hang outs when someone texts me at 2 am, or a night walk that turns into a swim with my best friends.
The summer is always the happiest time of my life. Agree?
