    On the morning of Christmas Eve, listening to cheerful music, wearing the snood a good friend of mine gave me yesterday, generally content with the state of my school life at the moment (even though I still have to add two pages to my AP Biology project about biomes), itching to read a fantastic book another good friend of mine gave me, I just feel good. Just absolutely well.

    I can only wish for all of you the same gladness and wellness. You're such lovely and brilliant people, and I couldn't imagine my life without you. I adore the community and family that we've become.

    It's less than seventy degrees Fahrenheit outside, so I'm allowed to wear this as a cold-weather-wimp Floridian who just opened her office window.

    My Hallowe'en this year was probably the best I've had? Considering I usually don't do anything for it, the fact that I had somewhere to go and people to see was rather enjoyable.

    My costume, although subpar to @GardenOfEros's Hamlet/Ophelia, was, I must say, made of awesome. I, indeed, was Mrs. Lovett. Everything about it was perfect, even with the bad wig.

    I just went over to my friend Jake's house (who was dressed as Jack Skellington, no less), and a group of about twenty of us just played Rock Band, sang songs from our costume origins, talked, danced, sang songs unrelated to our costume origins, ate, avoided watching <i>Amityville Horror</i>, and quoted lines from the upcoming school play (I'll share more about that later).

    Anywho, I think I'd like to do this again next year. Yes?

    I got 'Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band' on vinyl today from a teacher-friend of mine. Needless to say, my day has been fairly brilliant.

    A friend of mine went to see 'Rent' on one its tour stops.
    She brought back a pin and a signed (Adam Pascal's is on the bottom. Lexi Lawson's is on the top) program for me.
    I am quite content.

    P.S. Excuse the horrid photo. I took this in a hurry, and I think I'm getting sick again. Blerg.
