    Isn't that annoying? It is to me. I dropped out of the art program I was in last term. I felt like I didn't belong there. Everyone had these long elaborate explanations on why they painted a purple vase or why they drew an upside down apple...I just drew and painted things because I thought they looked nice! Is that so wrong? Does everything have to have a meaning? Aaanyway...I'm now studying to be a child psychologist!

    I found this little guy a couple years ago...He was just chillin' on the road outside my driveway. I figured he'd be hit by a car if I left him there, so I took him inside my house and put him in an old fishtank with leaves and sticks and dirt and grass and other caterpillar things. Not long after he made a cocoon. A few months passed by. He came out of his cocoon as a huge moth, layed a bunch of eggs and died. I named him Lex.

    Vancouver is known for being a very rainy city and it most definitely is. I'm waiting for the 'lake' in my backyard to freeze so I can skate on it. Not much longer now!

    A little chocolate lab puppy followed my brother home from school today. We let her play with my dog for awhile and then took it for a walk around the neighborhood to find it's owners. So cute!

    For the first time in my adult life, I've had to wear a smock when I paint. I used to be able to paint without getting an ounce of paint on my clothes, but...I've decided that I'm gonna be free and go all out and not worry where my paint ends up. =] But, certain paint/colours can cause cancer, so I don't want to be too carefree. =/

    Halloween's coming up (my fav day of the year after Christmas! Woo! Oh, and the last day of school...) soon! And, I'm trying to come up with different costumes I can put together. I've always wanted to be a Geisha and Cleopatra, but the costumes are just too complicated so I end up being a doll, cat or hippie.

    Anyway, I did experiment with the makeup. On the left is a more modern geisha. My skin could be a bit more pale, but I just used my foundation which is a shade too light (Or maybe it isn't? I dunno...). And, the red/pink eyeshadow could be a bit more vibrant. On the right is my Elizabeth Taylor Cleopatra makeup. Definitely not loving it! :P Ohhh well!

    I don't feel good today... :( Woke up in the middle of the night with a migraine...Yay! So, you get a drawing of a little me I did a few years ago instead. I was a chubster! :P

    First day of college on tuesday! Ahhh! You guys excited for school? Or, if you're already in school...How are you liking it so far?
