    So today was the grand opening of the second 85°C Bakery & Cafe in the U.S.!

    The crowd was crazy and this is me hard at work barista-ing. It was so busy, I was facing the wall the entire time making coffees and teas =/. All in all it was a good grand opening!

    these are all of my bread flashcards for work.....i have to memorize all the names and ingredients in the 80 different kinds of breads we make and sell at work >_<. i have to know all of this by tomorrow too....sigh i'm oh so tired from work, but if i work hard now then i wont have to work hard later! right?

    worn out from work and enjoying my FIRST meal of the day...since i only get this one meal i decided to load up on the calories and fats.

    I also got paid today! woot! not much but eh my next check will be FAT!

    can't wait til my store opens in Hacienda Heights.

    Work really kicked my ass today....they made me do all the teas too and I didn't even study the teas! Tomorrow I have my coffee test too >_<.

    My latte art is lacking though, but my milk is still perfect >=].

    Oh and I failed my bread test haha. That's why they call me a barista and not a baker.
