Hey, guys! @iheartfender71 ((left)) and @KathrynLacey ((right)) are both pleased and a little sad to announce that the end of this project has arrived! We’re giving you guys from Thursday, November 4th, 2010 to Thursday, November 11th, 2010 to dress as your superpowered character and booth it! That booth will be a part of your personal DB’s, so don’t worry about posting it into a comment on this one.
It would be really great if you tag @KTProjects and/or @iheartfender71 and @KathrynLacey in your super booth! You can also post a comment on this one to tell us that you’ve posted that booth if you like. Be sure to post the character sheets on which we all worked so hard alongside your super pictures!

We want to apologize for not having given any updates in a while. We've been busy with our respective jobs, and we haven't really had time to create our dual booths that we normally concoct.
Anyway, we want to let you guys know that we're extending the deadline for the creation of the look of our characters! However, we're not really sure when that deadline should be, and we want to include you guys in that decision process.
**On what day do you think we should reveal our character designs for this project?**
For the character designs, there are any number of ways you can accomplish this. You can sketch it out, paint it, write in detail about it, or even use any number of Hero creators to do it.

Today we have a mini-project for those who’d like to participate. We’d like you to dress up as your characters for their “secret identities”. For some of you, your look won’t change a whole lot, because your “secret identity” is you yourself. But, it might change up a bit for a few people. For example, Spark (@iheartfender71---pictured right) goes about in glasses and pinned up hair, wearing normal clothing when she’s not in her Super Hero attire. Aquatica, (@KathrynLacey---pictured left) goes about with glasses as well, her hair in a braid and normal clothing.
The point of this project is to play around with what you have already- so don’t stress out if you have nothing to wear. You can also describe what your “Clark Kent” would look like if you’d rather do that too. Have fun!
IMPORTANT:
October 15th- You have to come up with some sort of collaboration for your character.
October 24th- You have to come up with your “look” for your Supers.

@iheartfender71 has more prominent features than @KathrynLacey which means that morphthing.com made our morphed selves look more like her than like me, but our lips are fuller, and our widow's peak is smaller, and we have a more turned-up nose than she does alone. hahah

Today is the beginning of the deadline stage of Project: Super. We’ve decided that we need to start tying everything together into one big collaboration. We’ve set aside the next five days to complete the plot process, in which we will probably be talking to you about different plots. We’ve already done this with quite a few of you, but there are still some characters who are not factored into the story line yet. So, with this said, if you have ANY new ideas for plots let us know before this Friday, the 15th.
The second deadline is a bit more important to most characters. Everyone needs to complete their entire look (you can either draw it, create it on a website, or descriptively tell us) by this upcoming Sunday, the 24th. If you need help with this you can always contact either @KathrynLacey or @iheartfender71
Also, we’d like to inform everyone that we are no longer accepting new characters into our Project. We have 12 members, and a lot of work ahead of us!

Welcome to the first @KTProjects post! This account is managed by @iheartfender71 ((pictured left)) and @KathrynLacey ((pictured right)). This account will be used to host all kinds of projects that stem from the minds of these two lovely ladies, so be sure to keep tabs on it for updates.
At the moment, we are working on Project: Super in which participants are meant to create a character in an alternate universe where everyone has super powers. It was originally meant to be who you think you would be in that alternate universe, but it has expanded to the point that the person can be any age or gender or personality. We have everything from heroes to villains to anti-heroes! At the end of this project, we’re all going to dress up like our characters to take a picture for our personal booths!
It’s never too late to join! Just let @iheartfender71 or @KathrynLacey know you want to join, and we’ll be sure to add you to the group!
