I've been noticing a difference. In myself and even what people are saying and I really didn't believe it until now.

The picture on the left is me in May of last year. I weighed about 240 pounds. Had a 40 inch waist and wore XXL shirts. And that was after dropping down from 250 lbs.

The one the right is me now. 200 pounds. 36 inch waist and wearing large sized shirts.

Honestly I thought I would never get to this point. You may not be able to tell the difference but I finally see it that I have changed greatly and for one of the first times I am sort of proud of myself.

I'm still not done though. I'm not exactly happy with how I look but I am working on it. Come summer I hope to have a body that I would like to show off. Not be scared to take off my shirt. And I know if I keep going with how I am now, I am pretty sure I think I could achieve that goal :)

Went and saw Paranormal Activity 2. Pretty scary. Going to fright nights haunted house tonight.
