I work as a wood fire pizza cook in an Italian restaurant. The only one in Australia to have a Chefs Hat. For those who don't know what that means, it is the equivalent of Michelin Star.
In my spare time I sing show tunes and dance, if you havent guessed im one of those gays :P. Whenever I'm not doing either of these I am drinking far too much or eating insane amounts of sugar, alone or with friends, it doesn't bother me HA!
