Sunday was my friend's 18th birthday. On Monday morning while he slept, I snuck out and got a chocolate cake, candles and these sweets to cover the cake in. I also got us tons of energy drinks and cream doughnuts. I am such an awesome friend.
I'm feeling very sluggish today. I'm not sure if its due to too much junk food and caffeine combined with not enough sleep, or the constant rain/cloud. I live next to a park so it's nice when the window is open and I can hear the rain hit off the trees...when it's heavy it sounds like I live in the rainforest! However the gloomy weather is getting me down...I feel like I should be popping vitamin D tablets or something. Also I've been browsing a few blogs written by very stylish girls living with their hot French boyfriends in Paris. ENVY.
Ok so technically its 6am on sunday but I haven't slept so in my head it's still saturday. Tonight after my friend got off work we got a mcdonalds drive thru then drove to this loch and talked until the sky got light. As dawn approached some swans came up to the shore with their cute little babies. It was nice. I wanted there to be a nice sunrise but unfortunately it was cloudy, but it gave off a kind of gloomy yet beautiful atmosphere.
Yo dailyboothers. Sorry for the past couple of boring, repetitive photos all from the same day. Yesterday I spent the day hungover AGAIN. On wednesday night I went to a nightclub called The Arches and it was amazing - they have bouncy castles, a 'chapel' where you can get 'married' and a hot tub. We met a couple of nice guys but unfortunately my friend Louise, who is newly single, was feeling a bit left out. That's the problem though - if you go out with a big group people sort of leave you alone, but if two or three girls go out you can guarantee there will be people asking for a drink/dance.
The only problem was they took my camera off me at the door. Apparently it was 'too big' and to bring it in you have to phone up earlier and arrange it. I really don't understand why but my friend had a digital camera with her, so I'm waiting (im)patiently for her to send me the photos. I also need to take it easy with the dancing next time...my leg muscles are agony and I can barely walk :|
Forrest Gump is on TV! Such a great film. I spend sunday nights with my dad and brother so we're sitting watching it and drinking cider, because we're classy like that.
Hiya guys...hope everyone is enjoying their saturday. I was meant to be going to someone's birthday night out in town but my friend who I was going with couldn't get her ID in time (she isn't 18 yet so she borrows her cousins) and then I was told my Gran had a sort of mini heart attack last night, so I've been in hospital visiting. She is fine now, but they are doing tests. They have told her to stop smoking, which I am happy about. It's strange seeing her in a hospital bed; she is very independent; always the one taking care of everyone else. Right now I am at Dylan's and he's playing Xbox, I'm doing my internet stuff and eating sweeties. So, a quiet saturday night but a pleasant one nonetheless.

My trip to Paris in August is booked! Last night we managed to book a hotel for 5 nights and a flight for under £250. I am very happy with my holiday planning skills. Amanda and I then spent the next few hours on google maps/street-view and virtually walked from our hotel to the Eiffel Tower and back. Gotta love modern technology.
This morning I just watched the Hunchback of Notre Dame and soon I might go for a walk to the shops and buy a new journal and a magazine. Happy friday.

I am hungover today so there's no way I am taking a picture. My friend had a party last night for the people that had finished their exams and I decided to get 2 bottles of wine. A lot more people came than I expected, including a new friend someone made.
Things got a bit weird because the new friend was a bisexual girl who decided to spend the night flirting with me as much as possible. This made things between me and my ex really awkward. She would constantly ask to kiss me, she'd pick me up and carry me about and touch me as much as possible. Everyone found this hilarious and kept saying we should kiss. She even demanded she take a picture of us together and then put it as her facebook profile picture. It was just a bit embarrassing. My ex looked really sad, although I have to admit, I did like the attention a little bit.
Apart from that it was a fun night of dancing, drinking, half the party on a trampoline having drunken heart to hearts, and a friend I haven't seen since I was 14 telling me cringey stories about when we were friends.
Tomorrow is the last day of exams for me yet all I can think about is how much I'm craving Burger King. Typical. It's also the closing date to apply for the receptionist job I mentioned, and they haven't got back to me yet so I'm hoping they will since they'll be looking at the applications.
In other news I watched the MTV Movie Awards tonight on a live stream and it was very awkward and not funny at all. I only watched to see Mila Kunis, Blake Lively and Emma Stone. I don't understand why Twilight wins all the awards, even when up against the Harry Potter series, Inception and Black Swan. It also made me feel sorry for Americans, there were advertisements every 5 minutes!
Hottest day of the year. Spent it chilling in the garden drinking pina coladas and listening to music, then having barbeque. Yesterday I spent my day at a park reading magazines and taking pictures.I made friends with a six year old boy, but only because he gave ME candy, not the other way around!
