went on a road trip and took pictures with my girlfriend this past weekend.
bought a double shot film camera and
this is what the pictures look like.
i like them.
we slept exposed with the doors open
light pushing in through the cracks of gaping windows and closed blinds
and as we woke up, peeling the sheets from our clammy skin
we poured ourselves into dirty clothes, old shoes, and updos.
so we got dressed
put hats on over our messy hair
and went to get desserts.
we stopped for cheetos at the drug store near the laundry mat
held hands while the laundry washed
ate ice cream when they dried
and with the windows fogged over
we drove home in dream sequence.
