Today I went to Lush Tampa! It is my favorite store. The smell is amazing and so are the products. I simply gush about Lush. And I even managed to snag the second to last bag.
I have been a Lushie for about six months now, and can't imagine life without their yummy scented products and earth friendly packaging. For my mini haul, I shall call it, I snagged some terrific goodies.
9 to 5- probably the best makeup remover I've ever used.
Tea Tree Water Toner- very good. Such a refreshing start to morning routine, and great for troubled skin prone to breakouts.
Coolaulin Conditioner- Have not tried yet. It smells okay, not my favorite, but not bad. Reminds me a lot of the coconut powder. Almost identical.
Lovely Jubblies- I would buy this for the smell alone. It is divine. But I really think it gives the skin something it's missing. I can't explain it, but in a strange way, my skin looks brighter, happier.
The girls at the store were very helpful, but they knew nothing about older skin, and my mother ended up buying Mask of Magnanimity. Had I known, I would have stopped her. I cannot recommend the mask for sensitive skin. The peppermint is strong, and very invigorating. I will give it a try. I really do like the smell, but after seeing how red my mother's face turned, I would advise it for the overly sensitive or aging crowd.
I've so many more Lush products, I could go on. If anyone has any questions about a particular one, let me know!
Say Cheese!!! My father gave me my grandfather's camera. A 1960's Sears SL11. I have some black and white film, and plan on testing it out tomorrow. It hasn't been used in forever. And I have the original manual and light meter, but I don't know if the meter works...guess I'll find out. I'll pst some of the pics if they are any good.
