Hey, sorry I've not posted in a long while, I've just not been in the right place for posting. I mean look at me at the moment. I'm a bearded freak of nature. LOL

Well it's half four in the morning. I'm absolutely shattered lol. Although I've done sweet sod all today except walk around town all day lol. and slapping myself mentally everytime I want a cigarette lol.

Tis a hard thing giving up. Shouldn't of started again lol.

At my mum's now for christmas, til the 26th Dec. aka BOXING DAY!!!!. Just had a shower and a shave too. I feel like poo though today. Headache, groggy throat, hot sweats too. Hope it's not bird flu. o.O
