    It's been about a year and a half since I joined dailybooth, and this booth marks the end of me using it. Maybe not forever, but definitely for a long while. Even if I do come back, it shall be under a different account name.
    This was one of my very first uploads, so I thought I'd reupload it. I'm really not expecting anyone to read this, or anyone to really care, but this is something I felt like I've needed to do.

    This year has certainly had it's ups and downs. Drunken laughs whenever I got together with friends, meeting new people who have been simply amazing to me and then there's been a whole lot of sculpting who and what I am. I've become a lot more confident as the weeks have gone by since I started working in around July time. Then there's been all the drama which was partly fueled by my feelings for people and my lack of knowing when enough is enough.
    2010 has been a real game changer and a time where there have been a lot of firsts for me. I went on holiday with a friend without parents, I stayed home alone (with friends staying over anyhow),I got my AS results and I also turned 18. Every moment of this year has meant something to me and I wouldn't change any of it.
    The amazing people I've had to carry me through the year have also been a major factor in why I simply had fun this year. In no particular order:-
    @Aaron_x - Boy we've had some rough times this year. But you know, I truly think we're over it. We had our laughs and jokes and you're pretty much the sweetest guy I know, even though you are kinda dense sometimes, but hey, look who's talking, eh? Our holiday was one of the best times of my life and you staying at mine was just total laughs. Love you loads, bro. :)
    @leglesspanda - You sir, are some kind of legend. We haven't always seen eye to eye, mainly due to me being a stubborn fucker who should really think twice before he speaks, but our lave wength is something else. I love how we can just finish each other's sentences and stuff. So much love for you, dude. :)
    @makexaxwish - I'm glad we never drifted off when it was so easy too. You're kind of the inspiration for me writing all of this really. We're stupidly close and I don't think we realise it some times. Love you, hon. :)
    @Rewrite_My_Mind - My Northern Irish stud. Our wee phone conversations have had me in stitches you 'wankurr'. We're pretty tight, like. :)

    Then there's the loads of people who don't have booth...

    Sometimes you realise that the trivial things hold you back from becoming who you want to be. Dailybooth has been home to the photos that have been uploaded the "morning after the night before" and sometimes right when it was happening. Photos of when I've felt like the happiest guy in the world, and photos of when all I've needed is reassurance and guidance. Photos when I felt pretty and photos when I felt ugly, inside and out. Dailybooth has been good to me and everyone on here as made it a pleasant experience which I'm thankful for.     As for what 2011 will bring, who really knows? I have nothing planned and I don't insist on planning anything either. All I know is that instead of being there on the front row, I'm going to be at the back, quietly observing, letting life take me where it wants to go. I'm jobless from tomorrow, so it's going to be a fresh start completely for me.

    I'm glad that everything that has happened, did...
    Otherwise, I wouldn't be writing this right now.

    As for me, we'll see what it throws at me. :)
