hi i dont have much time to type this so im gonna make this quick my band is doing well i now have three members working on all the songs of lost dreams and planning on starting the portland touring in february and everything is sounding awesome and i have this feeling i might actually make this work i have lost ten pounds and three inches around my waist since the new year but its not enough so im still working on it and i am now part of the international toastmasters one of my new years resolutions and although i thought id be horrible at public speaking i have won the speaker of the week award four nights in a row and have been selected to compete in a contest already im making mad progress and well hope for the best and also myself and my girlfriend are doing absolutely fabulous we are still together and i see more and more the beauty of life but my job has been killing me and i am starting to think i ought to start finding a new one thats more to my liking and related to my masters degree which is going great so far since im at the top of my class yet again but doing the real life thing and going through this weird digital cleanse has been fantastic life has been smiling at me this past month and i continue to smile back well gotta go see ya in the meantime go and post a comment using runon sentences that never stop and dont use punctuations or capitalizations its kinda fun really like the micro machines guy

sweet deal im glad things are going great for you yea speaking in front of a crowd was never a strong point for me especially in high school where i had to repeat speech class because i refused to stand up there on another note does this mean we get signed pre released copies when you put out a new cd lol jk im glad all is good and its hard to keep myself from using capital letters and punctuation but i did it ha

wow i am remembering micro machines there was one that i had that contained an even smaller micro machine within it and there may have even been three levels of micro machine now that i think of it so it was kind of like one of those russian dolls with lots of layers inside layers and like onion skin but anyway that's good to read about your music still going strong and your efforts to work toward a better job that is something that i also am trying for in 2010 and in fact i have been applying to lots of jobs so hopefully i can have something lined up for when i finish my degree and i need to start considering losing weight as well because i am getting a tad flabby but i really enjoy milano cookies and the occasional meal at the 99 or ruby tuesdays because i enjoy a good bacon double cheeseburger but i figure hey i'm not 30 yet so i don't have to work on getting in shape until october okay well this has been enjoyable and a bit of a break from my normal world of punctuation and conventional sentence structure peace out

lmao well im happy for you and im excited to see the fruits of your bands labor and this is really hard not to use punctuation i dont really feel like the micromachines guy i just feel like an inadequate writer and i dont like this feeling so im gonna stop now
