Santa Barbara is such a nice place.

besides all the crazy partying and the insane amount of liquor ONE store can hold.

i know, no one is probably going to answer this but im still curious.
anything odd you do when you are angry? or upset? perhaps frustrated and confused?

i tend to chant
or
drink water, a significant amount of water[three 16.9FLOZ in 5 minutes] sometimes more
or
i walk it off, all in the while i try to figure out why i am angry, does it make sense [me being angry] and breathe
or
the worst and rare one scream and have rude outbursts on people around me.[this one i do the least because it just gets me angrier and makes things worse]

wat be your fix??
