So I stole this photo from a friend on facebook that I took today. It's my Physical education teacher. He's so nice! I had to blog today though, I've just blogged yesterday. But today is the last day of school I will be here at South Island School. Though I've got revision sessions & exams. But they don't count okay!
So, we did the Year 13 prank for the whole entire school today. At first the school gates were locked at couldn't get it. But eventually we opened it. Secondly, grease on handrails, disgusting. Shredded paper on fans, waterguns/water balloons/flour thrown at kids arriving to school by school buses. It was fun for us, but not for others.
Today was a big day. We had our performance, it was good! I think it was one of the best ones too! Though we sang out of key and didn't go into the verses properly but it was fun. It was 'successful'. Other were enjoyable too!
Apart from students there were many teacher performances which include dancing, singing and a fashion show.
There were many speeches by teachers explaining the importance of today and to cherish every moment of today. We got letters writtern by friends and got our T-shirt we've ordered it says - "Keep calm and graduate like a boss" (I'll wear it on another booth to show you)
Then at last, all year 13 had a free lunch by school. It's amazing and there were lots of desserts made by parents from our year. It was incredible. I wasn't able to eat nor try everything but it was so good.
Okay, another update! So, today is my last offical 'school' day with lessons. Tomorrow will be the last official day of school. Followed by graduation and then easter and exams. I just can't believe it's finished.
Second, idk if I should mention this but, yesterday my Maths teacher gave me her octopus card told me to buy food for the class. I don't think anyone noticed but the psychological factor makes me believe that people think I'm fatass due to the amount of food I'm purchasing. But hey we had a party at least!
This week was pretty much partying. In Design tech, we ate a cake and chips. The only thing we didn't manage to eat/make is candy bacon. English we had party with chips, sodas and the rest. And the rest, we either didn't have a lesson or we didn't have a party.
Oh, and today we had a rehearsal for our 'The end' performance. It was alright just slightly loud. It's pretty much prepared and organized, hopefully. Let's see how it goes tomorrow.
The feeling of finishing these two years is great.
It's been a while, so here's an update. So first thing comes first. I participated in the 'Earth hour' on 26th March at 8:30pm. I actually had a slight argument with my family doing this.. I went to shut the lights off, they complained for how useless and productive this event is. Time went slowly but it was successful.
Second, well I've got this two massive book about history of famous musicians. It's all in Chinese, I hope I'll be able to read and understand thoroughly and digest it. (..I know I'm Chinese but...I wasn't born in Hong Kong...excuses...)
Thirdly, Ah yes, we had another meal in Design Tech! It was good! I believe it is Malaysian food, basically it was normal nachos servered with different types of sauce. But still good! Idk how to explain it but it's good. And took a class photo for memories!
Moving on, there is ONLY ONE week left until we're split off to our study leave and Easter. Time is going quite slowly but it is shifting past. I have a mixed feelings. Pretty happy cause it's the end but panicing with exams. Oh one more thing, I've got my school photos today, because I went to the studio to retake the photos, they're alright.
And lastly, yes tomorrow is April fools day. I don't think I will update tomorrow then, happy early april's fool day! Be careful, be safe.
So firstly, I made this cupcakes this week! Apart from the 'mold' I did everything including design and stuff. It was a fun experience but extremely expensive to buy..
Excluding today and Friday, I ONLY have two more week of school then it's holiday/study leave and final exams. It's not literally the last day of school but it is the last 'school' day. PANIC
Oh, so today we ate korean 'sushi' and 'spicy rice-cake' (Deok?) during Design Tech coz we're sharing our cultural food (for no reason). Anyways, I don't really eat spicy but it was good!! Well, I'm a 'semi-spicy' eater so it's not spicy for me.
Next, Well it is SPL today so it's fitness. I think I've gain weight instead of loose weight. But I've got to admit I've been eating non-stop last week. Blame myself. I ran for around 4.2km according to the treadmill, big achievement!
Nevertheless, I've granted myself with food! I wanted to go home at first but I was hungry. So I bought and ate yummy Taiwan Tachia Taro!! It's amazingly yummy!! But they only sell them at times (and per piece only).. I guess I was lucky. Apart from that I ate Japanese Melon bread!! It's yummy too!!
There is quite a lot I will rant about today, I don't know where to start. So bare with me.
So, recently people say I've been quiet. It's just weird because friends and teachers are telling me this. I just don't know what to say..
Next, there was this event of the Japan disaster where we spend a minute of silence during a lesson but I'm not sure if that can change people's thought of taking action. But of course, donations can make a difference. Afterwards, there was traditional Japanese dance.
Moving on, during music, half of the class weren't here. (We only have 3-4 in our class today) Well I'd say I took advantage of this lesson being able to answer and ask more questions.
Lastly, I only saw a squirrel when I was aged 1-4. When I was 5 I came to Hong Kong, I think. And I never saw one again..But I saw one today! So cute!! It was like climbing on trees and it was really close to me. But obviously if I touch it or walk any closer it would run away. So I just stood in a distance looking at it. <3
It feels like I haven't updated for like a long while, but in actual fact I've only not updated for three days which isn't a big deal I suppose.
Anyways, korean dried squid. The best kind, well that I can find.. It's so yummy! Idk why but, my eyes look awkward for some reason. I just feel like the proportion of the photo isn't right.
And after, yesterday I was going to Maths, and I bumped into the teacher, she was like what are you doing? Aren't you suppose to be in my class? If I did plan to skive.. it would've failed. But it turned out to be a test..

Tsunami hits Japan after the biggest earthquake in 140 years.
This is incredibly devastating, the magnitude was 8.9.
I didn't notice this news until just a few hours ago. When I had my hair cut, when I stepped out of the building.. People crowded in front of the massive television in Times square.
I went with the flow and had watched the news broadcasting. There were clips and clips of how the tsunami is wiping out the whole of Japan just within a few seconds.
It was so shocking and alarming. Buildings being pushed over and cars blocking the entire pathway. RIP for those deaths. I should know how lucky I am to be alive.
I urged myself not to dailybooth today. I wanted to be qualitative not quantitative. But I had to booth today since it was the senior recital. There are some things I can blog about so I decided to update about today. No comments on the photo but.. at least i'm trying right..?
Although today was just a senior recital I was quite nervous. Luckily I was like near towards the end of the program. But I had to worry for longer. To be honest, I didn't do a great job. There were so many, and I mean so many wrong notes and had pauses. It was simply not near perfect. Blame myself for not practicing enough..
Oh, and 'nearly' had a semi-demi bus crash. Was it wasn't the bus driver's fault, so don't blame him. It was the taxi driver, he was so angry he came out of his car. I mean really..? It's his fault. But at the end nothing happened, it was smoothly and we went back home safely.
The third and last event was that it was a teacher's birthday today. I didn't realize until people greeted him. So it was chill, we had food and the lesson was just pure theory which was alright.
