All my muscles ache, been trying to build my upper body strength, so i can do stronger inverts and spins but not going to well. Really want to do the angel move, grrrr any good and effective ways to help me build my core and upper body strength i really need it?

I've learnt a lot about life in such a short amount of time, i've been forced to learn the hard way and grow up, had my heart torn apart in horrible ways, dealt with people that should be locked away, had bad things done to me by sick people had people take advantage of me, but to be honest yeah my life is crap i am dealing with a few medically and mental issues, but there are people out there far worse off then me.
