So today is the 8th of November. I haven't done my 50 press-ups for today but I will just before I go to bed. I've not been feeling very well recently, like a small stomach bug or something. I do not even know.
So I missed like two days (5th and 6th), but yesterday I made up for both of them and did 150. So I'm back on track... only problem is, I missed the first day, so I'll probably just do 100 tonight, depends on how I feel.
I am feeling good though, feeling positive. I'm doing them a lot quicker and a lot more fluently, like 1-2-3-4, instead of 1--------------2---------------------------------3----------------------------------------CHOCOLATE. I'm feeling pumped!! Let's keep going :D

I'm not going to lie. I genuinely forgot to start this yesterday.
But I didn't today, and that's what is important :)
I gave myself a red cross for not doing it yesterday and a green tick for actually doing it today.
I just finished my 50 press ups. I did it in sets of 20, then 10, then 20.
I'm feeling good about this. Feeling energized and really good :)
