I hope everyone had a wonderful easter!! I spent mine with my family and got some easter corn!!! I <3 candy corn and glad the easter bunny found a way around the whole candy corn is for halloween only clause.
Sorry I haven't updated in a long time guys it's just I've been sooo busy lately!
Part of that is I've also been baking!! Baking is something I do that really relaxes me and lets all my creative juices flow and brings me instant satisfaction. A long time ago I came across a blog that had a recipe for muffins that smelled and tasted exactly like doughnuts! The fat in me was super stoked! However, I lost the blog it came from and after a long time trying to find it, I came across another one that had an even better recipe! Which can be found here..
I followed the recipe pretty much almost exactly as it was written. and OMG you guys these are soooooo good! :D
I made a strawberry glaze with sprinkles instead of the jelly filled. (Well I tried to make the jelly filled but it just didn't work out)
From left to right, top to bottom:
Cinnamon Sugar, Strawberry Glaze with Sprinkles, Powdered Sugar, Chocolate Glaze with Choc. Jimmies, and Vanilla Glaze with round sprinkles.
