    Spent my morning at the pool and came home to make brunch... I made breakfast burritos with fresh spinach, mushrooms, and bellpeppers... All sauteed with egg and cheese.. Was fucking amazing... Gotta be at work in two hours, not really feeling it today, but I am off tomorrow so I can suck it up for now... Rouben is in Austin with some friends, thus making my nights here lately a bit lonely... Luckily, he comes back tomorrow and I have someone to fill that space beside me in bed. He's been drunk calling me late at night... It's some funny shit... once, he thought he hung up and I just listened to him go about his business for like ten minutes... He was so trashed that he was just going around the hotel asking people if they wanted little wine bottles... The hotel chauffeur actually took two of them haha... God I love him...

    I don't really have any of my usual witty isms that fill my booths... Just kind of an update I guess... I miss some of you guys, and just know that even if I'm not posting and commenting I do come to check up on y'all... I could never quit DB forever...

    Also, I have two songs stuck in my head simultaneously... "For the First Time," by The Script... Aaand "Vienna," by Billy Joel... I didn't even know this was possible till now...

    Also, I'm totally friends with Khia on facebook... yeah, be jealous.... OOOOOH and I ate KANGAROO yesterday! IT WAS AMAZING AND SO DELICIOUS! I love my job and our exotic meats... I'm done...

    Sooo... yeah, it has been quite a long time DB... Almost a month now... Jesus... Quite a bit has happened since we last talked.

    I have a wonderful boyfriend now... We had been dating for about two weeks in my last booth, but I didn't want to mention it to y'all yet. He's wonderful and extremely sweet. I think y'all would like him. We have a very similar sense of humor. His name is Rouben. I will try to muscle him into taking a pic with me here in the next day or two. I'm totally already falling in love and I'm kinda scared by that, but where would we be in life without taking risks especially with the heart.

    Hmm... What else? Oh, I totally got a raise at work and will soon get another one by the looks of things. I might even get salaried in the next few months, def looking forward to that. Could def use the money... I guess, sometimes, it does pay to work your ass off... However, I am quite fond of mine, as is Rouben, so I gotta watch how much of it I work off...

    My roomie and I got around to our up-graded apartment and it is awesome.. Freaking huge and beautiful. We totally had a housewarming a few days ago, which was a fucking smash ass party. Sooo many jello shots and I made some uber fucking strong punch... Everything was phenom. Although, one of our friends had sex in Shalom's shower and broke the shower rod... That wasn't phenom, welll I'm sure it was to them, but not us...

    I'm rambling, I'll stop now... Will prob booth tomorrow actually...

    Anywho... I'm finally done being sick YAY!

    Also, I'm almost done unpacking after moving for the upgraded apartment.

    Work went amazing today as I spent most of the day playing with scratch-off lottery tickets... In the end I broke even. I'm such a great employee right? That's prob why I got a raise and I've got a promotion or two coming up... But honestly, I'm a badass at what I do, so I earned it...

    First, I would like to say a few words from one of the most influential men in american history.

    I feel like everybody has gone crazy with all this Osama Bin Laden mess... Are we really such blood thirsty monsters? I'll be honest and admit some part of me is a little relieved that this man is gone, but I don't feel right about this at all.. The way everyone is acting is ridiculous. One because this was wrong and secondly because I don't feel it was an appropriate punishment. This man welcomed death. It was a release to him, into a heaven where he assumed he would be granted the gift of 72 virgins... What he needed was a life-time to think back and relive his crimes; a solitude where one can find themselves and feel regret or remorse... He needed to go to prison and nothing will change my mind on this. Another thing, if his friends and family are anything like mine; we're in for one hell of a fight now... I think the embers that were lying dormant here lately might have just caught a new wind and spread...

    I'm out... just needed to throw some words out there... I feel like there aren't enough sound thoughts in the mix....

    So yeah, I'm gonna lay here on my couch and not change out of my clothes from work after working a double shit... I'm gross like that... I'm just getting over being sick I've been SOOOO sick these past few days... Just one gross snotty mess... Pretty much done moving into the new apartment, thank god... I love it, it's huge and I'm just relieved to see my new place every time I open the door... It's like, "Aahhh finally a beautiful place that I can call my own."

    Texas has had some pretty shitty weather lately, thus the headphones so I can actually hear stuff instead of listening to the storms outside... Although, that the storms are nice to sleep to... I just want to hear my music without waking the neighbors...

    Love the painted tie t-shirt btw... Def one of my fav's you may have seen it if you've followed me for forever....

    Sleepy Matt is sleepy... I've been working way too much lately.... ugh, so sleepy... Why yes, I do have a giant polka dot pillow, and no you cannot have it. Today was my day off, but someone called in and now I must go cover the shift... Luckily, I've got a few hours to nap first. Aaaand I've got a promotion coming up soon and I'm looking into bartending a bit at one of our other locations, which will get me some hella good money... Maybe when summer hits I'll have more free time to devote to the important things in life, like dailybooth :D

    Was gonna move today, but the dumbasses at my complex are trying to charge me 100$ to move into the new apartment for two and a half days... Seriously? That's ridiculous. How is it an inconvenience for them to let me move in two days early and allow them to fix up my current apartment sooner? That's right, it's not... They're just greedy little sock monekeys and I wanna bitch slap them... I think I'm gonna hit the hay now babes.... Sweet dreams.

    Yup, that's me...

    I got up super early this morning, for the sole reason that I'm sick and my caughing kept me up all night... Ugh, I hate this... I always get sick right around summer... I'm soooo sleeepy...

    Also, I got a haircut. However, I did not get the haircut I wanted. I stopped at some random barber shop because, I'm a "spur of the moment" kinda guy and I wanted a haircut... Well, it happened to be a black man barber shop... Nothing against black people, but I was kinda scared for my life. When I walked in, everybody stopped talking and looked at me because I was white... Not a good sign. I wanted to turn around and walk out right then, but I didn't want to offend anyone or anything... So I sat down and waited my turn. I noticed their certifications on the wall and whatnot, so I thought it would be okay.. Wrong... Finally the big scary black man asks me what I want done and I tell him exactly what I want. I can cut hair, I know how to say what I want done... Even told him which size guards to use and everything.. Basically it was something like a faux-hawk.... Instead I got a bald-fade... AKA a brother's haircut... I guess he just listened to my idea for a haircut and decided he didn't like it, so he gave me this one instead... I didn't want to pay him for it, as it wasn't the haircut I wanted AT ALL, but again I was scared for my life. He even sculpted my hairline! I thought he was just catching a few stray hairs, until he got to the middle and completely cut off my widow's peak.... I was like, "HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLY FUUUUUUUUUCK BAAAAAAAAAAALLS.... SHIT MY FUCKING LIFE" I hated it... worst experience ever!

    This man, most definitely was not classy at all....

    Aaaaand this, my friends, is what boredom looks like. Laying around in the floor watching netflix all day when you were supposed to be going to a motherfucking toga party... Yep... mmhmmm

    Totes transferring apartments as this one is small and there is a foundation issue that needs to be worked on... Shalom, my room-mate, and I went ahead and upgraded to a much larger apartment when filling for the transfer. My closet in the new apartment, is bigger than my kitchen in this one. Very VERY happy about that. Where would a gay man be without a giant ass closet? Out maybe? Haha lame joke for the win...

    P.S. I'm totally wearing a speedo... Def into the tiny bathing suits all of a sudden. Was at the pool earlier, if you were wondering...
