    YAY! yum!!

    btw, i think they rise better when you cover them with black plastic bags and put them in the oven. I think the darkness of it all makes them rise more :P

    Wow, so impressed. I LOVE BREAD. Like a religion. Luckily my next door neighbor bakes it from scratch and sells it too us weekly. The dog at the last loaf. Sigh.

    Sourdough's what we had as kids - quick and cheap. Haven't had it since then! I put lots of crushed seeds of all kinds in mine. Yummm! @mescalito

    my loaves this time around are made with white flour and lots and lots of crushed seeds: pumpkin, poppy, sesame, sunflower and pine knuts. Deeeeelish!
