    Ever get the feeling you're being watched?

    I was at the mall today getting a present for my friend's birthday. It seems like they always have some sort of display these days...I guess it's to draw people in. I didn't really pay too much attention to it, I guess it's about insects and sea animals for the kids.

    Do you ever have problems shopping for gifts for people? If not, what's your technique?

    I try to think about what they're into lately, and try to shop around that. But still, I find it hard to shop for people.

    Just finished watching the 24 Series Finale. It was alright, but it was kind of predictable how it ended. I kept thinking it would have been epic if Jack Bauer took out both president, got away, and then the series just ended. How much buzz would that have have created! Ah well.

    So now with both Lost & 24 done....what else is there on TV that's good to watch? I hear Fringe is still good, I have to catch up on the second season. Flash Foward has not been renewed, V is kind of meh....any suggestions?

    "Don't worry I'm from Tech Support" is the funniest picture I've seen online today so far.

    It makes me wonder....excluding work or school, do you spend more time on the computer than with your pet? Is your computer your pet? =)

    Unplugged. So I didn't have power for about eight hours today when a construction company turned off power for my block. It's amazing how fast it becomes apparent how dependent we are on power and an Internet connection when it goes off. I was a little annoyed I couldn't even use my computer, I wish I had a laptop....but at least I had my phone which is like a computer.

    A little while ago I heard about something called a Bloom Box which is supposedly a revolutionary new fuel cell that could be placed in the home to act as a power plant. The idea is everybody to have one so that there's no need for a power grid anymore. It certainly would have been useful for me today.

    Are you dependent staying plugged in to the Internet, using your computer, and other electronics? Or could you go days without it all? Some people think it's sad we're dependent on technology, but not me. What do you think?

    Anyhow, LOST was on today. Yeah it was a great episode....I really like Ben's storyline. Michael Emerson who plays Ben Linus is an amazing actor. Did you enjoy the episode?

    Hi ya, just checking in with DB. I just got back from a friend's house at 5:45am....I hate it when a group of us get into hours long discussions that last forever. Great discussions, just runs too early into the morning.

    You ever have hours long discussions with friends? What about? We mostly talk about movies, life, and junk....same with you?

    Here's a rainbow for you, it looked better in person though. I would have taken a better shot but I was driving and stopped at a red light at the time. It was taken yesterday, couldn't upload it until today because my computer was down.

    So LOST yesterday was not bad...I thought Miles was going to bite it, but luckily he didn't. I like Miles, he's the character I most identify with...but he's been way too passive lately.

    Which LOST character do you like or identify with the most? Do you like Rainbows or are they just nothing more than refraction of light? Like to take pictures while driving? LOL.

    Are you scared of needles?

    So I had some blood taken today to be checked out. Don't worry, there's nothing wrong with me....I'm just getting a Life Insurance policy. Don't try to murder me either...you're probably not listed as a beneficiary. =)

    I'm not scared of needles myself, I just won't look at it when they're jabbing it in. I've seen other people get really squeamish getting flu shots before. I find usually the people who act tough are usually the most scared and vocal....ironic, LOL.

    Have you had blood taken before? Given blood? Drank blood? Know what blood type you are?

    Two more events left for tomorrow, Mens Hockey and Cross Country skiing. I'll definitely will be watching hockey tomorrow.

    For various reasons, I don't think I've gotten much sleep this week. But nowhere near my record of 3 days with only 3 hours of sleep in between when I was doing a research project for college years back. What's your record for sleep deprivation?

    I'm still pretty busy, but at least I'm tweeting again.

    Hmm....my hair's getting long....well longer than usual anyways, time for a cut soon. I'm not sure if you can notice, I think most people don't notice things like this with other people but can easily tell with themselves. That's why I think people shouldn't be so critical with themselves.

    How long does it take for your hair to grow before cutting it? It's like every 3 weeks for me. =/

    Anyhow, LOST was okay today....I still think last week's episode was epic! I'm starting to think Jacob's the real "bad guy" in all this and the Anti-Jacob is the "good guy". Jacob certainly is starting to seem like a big manipulator. But maybe I'm being bias as the first time we met Jacob & Anti-Jacob sitting on the beach, Jacob struck me as being a little too smug, so I disliked him. And what happened to Jack....I used to like him in season one...now he just freaks out and smashes things, although his alternate self seems to fairing a bit better.

    What do you think? You like Jacob or Anti-Jacob?
