30 Days of Thanks: Day 2!! Today I am thankful for my prince charming, my main man, the love of my life, my best friend and handsome husband Ty! :)
Without him, I honestly would not be where I am today.. All my life, I wanted someone who I could laugh with, cry with, be myself with.. Someone who I could trust with my life, give all of myself to, and most importantly, someone who had a passion and zeal for God to run along side me as I run after God with all my heart. God has blown my mind with how absolutely perfect he is for me. Everything I've ever wanted in a man, and MORE... it's Ty. :) I am so blessed to be able to share my life with someone so amazing!
Today, I want to kick off a very special project... 30 days of thanks! I'm a few days late, but I'm still going to do all 30 days. :) I've decided to post a photo every day about what I am thankful for. Sure it'll be easy for the first 8 days or so, and then it should get pretty interesting. Lol (You can be thankful for things like toe socks... right??)
So first and foremost, without a doubt, my absolute #1 thing I am thankful for is my Magnificent and Marvelous God. He pulled me out of the massive mess I made of myself, cleaned me up, put me back together and made me shine! I have seen with my own eyes the wonders of His love and there is not one thing on this earth that could ever be even a fraction of a substitute for His love.
This photo is from 2005 just after I gave my heart and life completely to Jesus (March 2004). Now, 6 and a half years later, I am deeper in love with God more than I ever have been and He is using my life in ways I never thought possible! I am so thankful for the True Love that I never deserved, yet am now submersed in. There is truly nothing better! :)
