    I get a massive Minute Maid Light Lemonade with lunch almost every day. I fill it full of ice, and chew on the ice from 1-3PM. I've always been a big ice chewer. I'd say that it keeps me from eating more caloric foods, but the habit hasn't been working lately :-)
