    Lavadore, Brachypelma Boehmei, top left.
    Deumore, Avicularia Versicolor, top right.
    Creech, Grammostola Rosea, middle.
    Unnamed, Brachypelma Vagans, bottom left.
    Slenderman, Acanthoscurria Geniculata, bottom right.

Current personal record for tarantulas in a photo.
All were placed one by one, meticulously, and with a lot of patience and time. We stopped every time an individual began to move slightly, and chose where to put which gauged on the individual themselves. There were multiple hands at the ready and prepared to abort the photo.

Best picture I've ever taken, decidedly.

Lavadore, Brachypelma Boehmei, Mexican Fire Leg.

Full of more personality and spunk than any of my other tarantulas, Lavadore earned her name both in beauty and attitude. A definite favorite among myself and many who see her, she's full of fire -- but doesn't burn.

This is where tarantulas get their color from.

Slenderman, Acanthoscurria Geniculata, Brazilian Giant Black and White.

Another absolutely beautiful oddball, while Geniculata is to be considered a defensive specie, Slenderman is one of the sweetest of my tarantulas, and became a third favorite, only under Zeven and Tease herself. Absolutely beautiful to boot, I remember a time when I had no interest in one, now she's all that I love. Funny that she is a female, when I was actually hoping for a male (females are what you ideally want, males die shortly after maturity and some females live up to 35 years and longer) so that their lanky body would be ideal for a Slenderman appeal. I knew I would be delighted with either outcome because of that, a female would last, a male would suit.

    Poecilotheria Regalis, Indian Ornamental.

My only Poekie, my only Old World, my only tarantula that poses any risk, though death is nowhere near included in that. Tarantulas are not lethal. Poecilotheria is lightning fast, with speed equivalent to teleportation. They are much more likely to escape than bite, especially my individual in specific, which I bought purely because she is who she is. The perfect size for a first Poekie, big enough not to easily lose, but not big enough that a bite would harness much damage. She's only ever come in brief contact with my skin, which she is immensely sensitive to, once. And ever touching her is a very rare occasion. They're Ornamental for a reason.

About

Adopt a little decency and respect in life, and a bit of intelligence goes a long way.

All of my posts will consist of my tarantulas. Unfortunately, I realize most of you are not above spreading your putrid negativity on everything you have distaste for, even if it means the world to someone else. You might be the same people that are against "abuse" or "hate," yet you would crush my world if given an instant of the power. You don't have to understand it, but you can at least respect it.
