Beh!
I had a good day. I walked in Philadelphia for the Parkinson's Walk.
Got a free tshirt and free food. Walked briefly with David Murphy from 6abc and saw the Phillie Phanatic.
Please make a donation? I'm walking in Philadelphia on Saturday. It's called Stamp Out Parkinson's 2012. It's a fundraiser obviously to raise money for research/supplies/etc for Parkinson's disease. It means a great deal to me because I've watched my grandfather struggle with this disease my whole life. He used to be an all around athlete, he was a wrestler, football player, he used to workout every day, and he was a huge runner. He used to run everywhere, even into his old age until the disease took it's toll forcing him to stop. He worked many years as different positions in the USPS, and he even once carried the torch for the Olympics. If you'd like to help me out with this, I'd greatlyyyyyy appreciate it. I'm not asking for any help, I'm simply bringing it up because it means a great deal to me. I'll include the link to the fundraiser page below.
Today I got back into doing my boxing/tang soo do/eskrima/capoeira stuff. I strapped my old broken punching bag to the tree in my backyard and went to town on it. I also started working on front flips again(trampoline). I can land on my feet pretty clean now. :) I'll include the short little video I made today as well.
Please go to the link below and donate. It helps the Parkinson's council and helps me reach my goal for the Parkinson's walk I'm participating in Philadelphia on Saturday. I'd love you forever!!! Xoxo. Even the smallest contribution can make a world of difference and keep motivation.
