i have abs too! what do you usually do to get them? all i do is about 10 push ups a day... pull ups for like... a minute... then i do this thing where i sit on the floor, dont let my feet touch the ground, and i juggle like that for another min. and thats pretty much it.
How about this for definition? Hehe,. I'm afraid this is the only way I am ever going to get much slimmer. Well done tho, it must have taken a lot of work.
