When I walk in the spot, this is what I see, everybody stops and starin at me, I got passion in my pants and I ain't afraid to show it, show it, show it...
i'm making a list of all the "goals" I make up whenever I'm walking around the gym and other places, or when people ask...
When you start working out or "eating differently" people always ask what your goal is.
The problem with that is, at least to me, a "number goal" is stupid and depressing and unrealistic.
It's more about how I would feel or how I would look, or a combination of everything.
For me to sit there and say, well if I go by BMI or this or that or the other thing, it would be for me to hit a number that (lets be honest) is probably me losing more than half, probably closer to Three-Quarters of my own body mass...
-Unrealistic & Depressing...
and that would make me start before I even begin.
Anyway, so this list I'm writing is of the mostly silly sounding, but also kinda true goals I have for working out/ being healthier...
