    i find it highly improbable that a plane would outrun an explosion (ie, independence day.) the dog kicks ass though. bounding over cars like a boss.

    yes, I look like crap right now. i haven't had a day off since friday, won't have a day off until friday. working like 45 hours this week, because we've had some crazy shit happen at work.

    i'm hungry, will get food momentarily. it's just a question of what to eat.

    being in the mountains+cake=one happy kitty.

    actually started last night. we were watching star wars at work (we got through episode iv and v. empire is my favorite :)) and for some reason it cheered me up more than anything else this week. :)

    about to pass out. today kinda ended up being a dud. i get get some stuff done, but not everything on my list.

    #listening to :April Smith and the Great Picture Show; Songs for a Sinking Ship. They played with Tally Hall when we saw them a few weeks ago, and she has a really cool sound. Plus she's a total sweetheart.

    I'm trying to implement some changes around here. It'll be a rough couple of weeks (not a coupe of weeks. that's something completely different.) Also, its' very strange not having Creative Writing. I may have to find some time to stop by and just say hi to Bob. I kinda miss the old coot :)

    i've now beaten portal 2 twice (all the way through). i still love the ending. i would possibly say it's one of the coolest endings in any game i've played.

    i should get back to uncharted. but i'm trying to decide which game to procrastinate with next, haha.

    awesome concert was awesome.

    favorite part? the boys sang pure imagination. it was amazing. i've also had the song stuck in my head now since friday. i really wish i had a recording of that so i could put it on my ipod or something. and they did do just a friend, which made the concert. and i got my joe hug :)

    i've been trying to put up a full blog post about it on tumblr, but i haven't gotten around to it yet. i can't quite put the right words together to describe it, haha.
