Today was alright i made cookies from scratch that took forever but you know i'm an immensly nice manager so whatever :) and now im waiting for amanda the other manager to get here to help me make plain old round cut out cookies into Baseball cookies! shhhhhhhh we're using icing dont tell anyone! lol

Bottling your emotions can result in depression, and in the end you can withdraw yourself from the world and become a walking robot - a nobody. If you keep hiding what you’re feeling, you’re never going to be able to get the courage to say what you need to. So, let people in.

It can create a situation where you can feel overwhelmed and if you don’t have anyone to turn to and share what you feel with someone else, then it becomes a habit. It’s okay to keep some things private if you need to, but don’t use that as an excuse to avoid finding the cause. It might be difficult to face those facts, but if you do you will be better off in the long run.

Keep in mind that the longer you withdraw your emotions from others, you withdraw them from yourself.

Soooo we had a baseball game today :) and it was fun at practice we were all playing catch god that was hillarious mangaers and baseball playes ahhhh good times lol anyway the game started and we lost:( 8-1 but thelast game was 19-1 and WE won so amanda and i made baseball cookies :D they get them saturday:) so today was pretty good but the team was just angry the whole game i think that's part of why we lost but oh well:) we'll win saturday for sure
